Free shipping and delivery in Europe
In order to please our customers abroad we have recently introduced free delivery in Europe. When completing your order, choose your country in the dropdown box in the checkout page. If your country is not in this list, please do not hesitate to contact us by mail: info@incluso.nl. As soon as your order is packed from our boutique, you will receive an email to confirm that it's on its way with a track and trace link. The shipping costs of your order are free of charge and fully trackable all countries in Europe.
Return policy
From receipt, you have 30 days to decide if you want to return any item (including sale items) within your order. Just fill out the return form enclosed with your order. You can send the item(s) including the return form, in the original box, to this address:

We do not refund the shipping costs of returns. Once we receive the parcel, we will refund the money within at least 1 working day.
Dispatching times
Orders placed online via the www.incluso.nl site are dealt with each day from Monday to Friday, except public holidays. Incluso sends any order received before 13am the very same day. As of reception of the dispatch confirmation email. The customer can take into account the transportation times mentioned below.

Payments
Payments in our online shop are safe and easy. If you select your country, the payment possibilities for your country are shown. All payment methods are free of charge. In our online boutique we have the following payment possibilities for international delivery:
1. Creditcard (Mastercard, Visa en AMEX)
Payments by creditcard are possible the following creditcards: Mastercard, Visa en American Express.
2. Paypal
Payments by PayPal are possible. Customers connect their credit card or bank account to their PayPal account, or add credit to their account. When using PayPal to pay for a purchase, the customer logs in and authorises the payment with just their e-mail address and PayPal password. No further personal and financial details need to be shared with the website, which makes PayPal very safe. Payments can also be settled through smartphone or tablet, which allows customers to pay anywhere with ease. Customers can have the full amount of their purchase reimbursed if they don’t receive an item, or receive an item that doesn’t fit the description.

Bancontact/Mister Cash and Belfius are a direct payment procedure with the same high security standards as those used in online banking and regular tests are performed on the protection of personal details. Bancontact/Mister Cash and Belfius are not tied to one specific bank, but rather directs the consumer to his or her own bank environment for payment. These methods of payment is very popular among our Belgium customers.
4. Billink (Belgium)
Billink offers you a buy-now-pay-later payment method for 14 days. The order limit is 150 euro for Belgium customers. No fees.
5. Sofort Banking (Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Polen, Spain, Switzerland)
Sofort Banking (formerly known as Direct ebanking) is a direct payment procedure with the same high security standards as those used in online banking and regular tests are performed on the protection of personal details. Sofort is not tied to one specific bank, but rather directs the consumer to his or her own bank environment for payment. SOFORT Banking is TÜV certified. Consumers do not need to register or to make deposits over to an interim account, nor are they required to have a credit card to use this service.
6. GiroPay (Germany)
GiroPay is a direct payment procedure with the same high security standards as those used in online banking and regular tests are performed on the protection of personal details. GiroPay is not tied to one specific bank, but rather directs the consumer to his or her own bank environment for payment. This method of payment is very popular among our German customers.
7. Cartes bancaires (France)
Carte Bancaire (formerly known as: Cartes Bleue) is regarded as the French credit card and is part of Visa. It is an international payment method with a worldwide reach. In view of the well-known purchase protection of Visa, this method of payment is very popular among our French customers.
8. Bank transfer
Bank transfer is a convenient and easy service in our online shop of completing orders as it’s fast for customers to get through the checkout process. If customers make an over-the-counter transfer in cash, the funds clear immediately rather than the 2 working days it normally takes an Internet Banking transfer. Prices are indicated in Euros and are inclusive of tax and are applicable only on the date of the confirmation of order sent by the Customer.
